The marriage in Islam has requirements also and the religion has its own procedures and standards to be followed. Just like any other religions, there are papers that have to be prepared for the wedding to become valid. In regard to the marriage, there are certain rules that have to be followed. One of the rules that are not unique only to the Islam is that the couple that will marry should be both Muslim. This is because of what is written in the Quran.
If the non-Muslim will willingly convert into becoming a Muslim then the marriage would be allowed. They still should be tested if they are willing or not. Some of the prohibited marriage is the one that is the marriage that is to be done by a couple of the same gender. The marriage also between a man and the female relatives of her wife is not permitted. It is also not allowed when a woman will marry his father and the other male members of his family and other relatives.
The marriage between cousins though is not prohibited. In the case of a divorce or death, the woman has some rules to follow before she can marry again. One is that the woman should wait for her menstrual cycle to finish three times. After that, she can marry. If she is pregnant, she can marry only after giving birth.
